How to order

 

To place an order with us - please call on 01803 292 582. Quote the reference number, colour and size of the item that you require and we will inform you if it is in stock. Payment will be accepted over the phone using most recognised credit and debit cards.

 

Postage and packing

 

Charges for postage and packing will vary depending on the size and weight of your purchase. Parcels will be despatched via the Post Office First Class Recorded service, a signature will be required on delivery. Stock items will be despatched the next day after the order has been placed unless otherwise stated. Next day delivery can be arranged and will be charged for accordingly.

 

Returns and refunds

 

If you wish to return an item it must be returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. When we have received your returned item it will be refunded or, if preferred, exchanged for a different size or colour. Please note:

 

  • We will not refund an item if the swing tag has been removed.
  • The till receipt must be enclosed.
  • Items must be in a re-saleable condition.
  • we reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the item is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. When trying on items please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant as we are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been worn, is damaged in any way or if it has a scent on it.
